At IBTM World 2025 in Barcelona, The Thought Partnership returned for the third consecutive year to design and deliver Exceptional Experiences, an advanced programme created exclusively for in-house event leaders shaping the future of experiential marketing. Across three days, we curated a full main-stage agenda, led a high-impact workshop, and brought together global leaders from brand, tech, culture, media, behavioural science and entertainment. The programme explored how connection, creativity, community and AI-driven personalisation are reshaping the next decade of events. Our role spanned full programme design, speaker curation, content development, and end-to-end communications including social strategy, speaker storytelling, hosted buyer engagement, and onsite experience support.This year's edition deepened the programme’s purpose: creating a space for honest exchange, fresh thinking, and practical frameworks that help in-house teams reimagine event strategy for 2030 and beyond.Exceptional Experiences 2025 brought together a growing global community — sparking collaborations, new relationships, and the kind of conversations that push the industry forward.
